Mr.
DiNapoli has a BSChE with
honors from Tufts University
(1956) and has spent nearly
his entire career working in
the cryogenic industrial gas
and liquefied natural gas industries
with some experience in petrochemicals
and alternate fuel projects.
He has worked for several engineering
companies providing detailed
process design for projects
all over the world. He is well
known for his cost estimating
curves, which have been widely
published in various trade magazines.
He was an independent consultant
for about 14 years prior to
the formation of Merlin Associates
and remains based in Atlanta,
Georgia.

Mr.
Yost has a BSChE from Iowa
State University (1965) and
an MBA with highest honors from
the University of Wyoming (1978).
He has worked for Phillips Petroleum
Co., Wycon Chemical Co., and
several engineering design companies.
His experience has included
design, construction, and operation
of oil and natural gas production
facilities onshore and offshore,
natural gasoline plants, natural
gas based fertilizer plants,
cryogenic gaseous and liquid
helium plants, alternate fuels
and feedstock projects, and
liquefied natural gas plants
during his professional experience
at locations all over the world.
Mr. Yost is also author and
teacher of several offshore
facility engineering design
schools and is based in Houston,
Texas.
